I led the design of a new experience that helped rural healthcare providers better understand pricing data that was difficult to access and interpret. Working closely with stakeholders, I helped turn complex reimbursement information into something people could actually use in decision-making.
Problem
Rural healthcare providers often lacked clear ways to compare their pricing against local and regional benchmarks, making negotiations and pricing decisions harder than they needed to be.
Outcome
The work moved from early concept to launched product, resulting in an MVP, interactive demos, and a flexible UI foundation that supported the CompleteVue launch.
