I led the design of an AI assistant that helps enterprise teams spot process issues and act on them faster. I worked on how the assistant responds, how information is organized, and how people move from questions to useful next steps, making the experience feel clear, practical, and consistent.
Problem
Business analysts needed a faster way to make sense of complex process data and move from analysis to action without so much manual effort.
Outcome
The work led to an AI copilot used in sales demos, helped attract early beta customers, and pushed forward Celonis’ broader vision for AI in the product.
